The ACT Laser Surgical Device for Dermatology

The use of laser radiation provides minimal contact with the operated tissues, and the zone of thermal damage when using 980 nm wavelength is less than when using electrosurgical and cryogenic effects

The use of the ACT 980 laser surgical device in dermatology provides effective and efficient elimination of tumours and various skin defects.

Laser radiation can be focused on the spot or injected into a small-diameter optical fibre, which allows to act selectively on pathological tissues, without significant damage to neighbouring tissues.

The advantages of using a laser scalpel compared with the existing methods are:

  • high-precision laser beam;
  • good haemostasis;
  • sterilizing action;
  • minimal invasiveness;
  • elimination of tumours in problem and hard-to-reach places: on the eyelids, ciliary edge, mucosa;
  • no scars from carrying out the procedure.
