The warranty on ACT laser medical devices is 2 years from the date of commissioning. The warranty is not valid in the event of any unauthorized modification, repair or attempt to do so. The issue of repair or replacement under warranty should be brought to the attention of managers immediately after the defect is discovered.
If it is necessary to diagnose the operation of ACT devices, as well as to receive the device for service or repair within St. Petersburg, we will arrange for a service engineer to leave. For the equipment located not in St. Petersburg, we will arrange the equipment to be collected from the terminal of the transport company and to be delivered back as soon as possible.
